Benham's Factory Information System (FIS) is used to collect data on individual machines, lines, and work cells to vertically disseminate the information presented to multiple levels of staff and management. Our FIS typically collects information on production counts, machine state (in-cycle, blocked, starved, faulted), OEE, faults and alarms and cycle time. Major components of a Benham FIS include real-time monitoring, historical reporting, marquee interface and scheduling interface.
Benham's Data Information System (DIS) gathers process data and assembles the data into report formats that meet a client’s trending and Statistical Process Control needs. A DIS also provides real-time process variable data and set point monitoring, equipment status and alarms of plant systems during production and non-production hours. DIS implementations are easily configured for monitoring and trending continuous manufacturing operations where critical parameters such as temperature, pressure and volume need to be monitored and controlled.
