Client: Delaware Army National Guard
Location: Wilmington, Delaware

Benham provided full A/E and construction phase services through our National Guard Bureau nationwide Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity  (IDIQ) contract, for this two-story, 106,344 SF facility that will be jointly used by the Delaware Army National Guard (ARNG), Navy Reserve (Navy) and Delaware Air National Guard (ANG) with both sole-use areas for each service and shared areas for all services to use.

  • Multi-purpose room with four adjacent classrooms separated by operable partitions allowing the entire area to be opened for events
