Benham provided full A/E and construction phase services through our National Guard Bureau nationwide Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity  (IDIQ) contract, for this two-story, 106,344 SF facility that will be jointly used by the Delaware Army National Guard (ARNG), Navy Reserve (Navy) and Delaware Air National Guard (ANG) with both sole-use areas for each service and shared areas for all services to use.

 Multi-purpose room with four adjacent classrooms separated by operable partitions allowing the entire area to be opened for events
 Six additional classrooms and staff offices
 Assembly area
 Two distance learning centers
 Climate-controlled storage areas
 Data and communication systems
 Fitness center and locker rooms
 AT/FP - security lighting / perimeter security fencing
 Paved POV and MOV parking lots
