Benham provided full A/E design services this four-phased, 615,439 SF headquarters supporting Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) intelligence gathering operations. The project included a new 381,839 SF addition and the renovation of 234,000 SF of the existing Nolan Building, as well as a new parking structure, Central Utility Building (CUB), and comprehensive site development. This highly secure mission-critical facility located on a 40-acre site includes a command and control center, visitor center, cafeteria, wellness center, as well as administrative, training and research facilities to support the gathering and analysis of intelligence information.

The project was registered under LEED–NC v3 (2009) and is currently tracking LEED® Gold.
